~Connectivity is the conscious understanding of ones-self and ones connection to all that is.~
Though a large part of your well-being originates from a support system of caring friends and family, building one's life on a cornerstone of balance in all things, whether it be passion, nutrition, spirituality, play, or work is paramount in creating a healthy stable consciousness. But your fulcrum first and foremost is a strong love of ones-self.
If we all strive to achieve the oneness that comes with balance, the understanding of consciousness and our connectivity to all things would become more than apparent, they would be fully understood.
